Do we need reliable internet to use Taqlio?
No. Taqlio is offline-first. Staff and teachers can capture attendance, marks and payments even when the connection drops — everything autosaves to a queue and syncs the moment you're back online. You'll always see a clear save/sync status.
Do parents need to install an app?
Never. There are no apps to install. The optional parent and student portals run in any mobile browser, and SMS in Urdu or Roman Urdu remains the universal channel for families without portal access.
Does it handle the 3-part bank challan?
Yes — it's built around it. Taqlio generates bank, school and parent copies with a QR and human-readable challan number. When the stamped copy comes back, your accountant scans the QR to open and mark the exact challan paid in seconds.
Can we start with just fees, and add the rest later?
Absolutely. Most schools begin with the student records and fee/challan core, then switch on academics, payroll, timetable and procurement as they're ready. Everything is configurable by exception — off by default until you need it.
